We started out with our critique of yesterday's paintings after breakfast:
Then piled into 4 cars to drive over to Mt Carmel, Utah and the Maynard Dixon museum and home. We toured the gallery, then went over to the compound which included Dixon's home and studio, as well as other neat old buildings. We spent the day there painting. My first painting was going to be of the "bunk house", but it ended up being a "wiper". After lunch, I started on a smaller, simpler painting. I finished it using the painting palette instead of the brush. This one turned out nice.
Looks like you are having a wonderful time. Love all the photos you are posting.
